Aviva Online Service Centre is intended solely for the use of residents of the Republic of Ireland (which term, for the avoidance of doubt, excludes Northern Ireland). This Website is established in the Republic of Ireland and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Ireland and in the event of a dispute you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.
